Could you imagine being a low-income parent having to use fast food napkins along with reusable plastic bags as diapers for your child because you can't afford to purchase them?!?
Could you imagine walking around with no underwear or socks on because you can't afford them?!?
This is what some families with small children deal with on a daily basis.
